All packages will be shipped using the United States Post Office Flat Rate service.
We are located in Hawaii so shipping to most of the West Coast takes 3-5 business days. Shipping to the Mid-West takes 4-6 business days and shipping to the East Coast or very remote areas take up to 6 or less business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and specifically exclude weekends and holidays. Once the product leaves our farm, the package is tracked via the post office and an e-mail is sent to you with all the tracking information.

Rowesview Coffee Farm roasts to order. If you order on Monday we try to have it out by Wednesday. Friday orders go out on Mondays. Remember we are in the Hawaii Time zone and do not change the time for Daylight Savings. Please note that the time is always earlier than any other time in the United States and plan accordingly.
While every effort is made to provide our customers with the longest shelf life possible, it is Rowesview Coffee Farm’s policy to roast and ship within two days of roasting.
DAMAGE
For product damaged in transit or found defective:
Rowesview will at our sole discretion either replace damaged product or credit the customer account for the purchase price of the damaged product.
ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO ROWESVIEW COFFEE FARM either by e-mail, or telephone NOT MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.
We use the USPS tracking records and proof of delivery to determine the date of delivery. Damage reported more than 10 days from the date of the delivery will not be credited or replaced.
